4. Please send an email to info@green-card.com.au with the following details:
   • Your full name
   • Your email address
   • Your contact phone number
   • Your chosen Green Card package
   • The date you made the direct deposit
   • Your financial institution name

Once your payment is received in our bank account (the transfer may take up to 4 business days to show on our statement), a username and a password will be sent to the email address you nominated in your email. The username will allow you to access the members area of the website and enter the required information for the Green Card lottery program.

Once you enter all your personal information, our immigration specialists will review your application to make sure there are no errors and that the information complies with the US Department of State requirements. If there are any problems with the information you provided, our immigration specialists will contact you via email or phone to advise you what changes have to be made. We will review your information again, once you make the required changes.

Using the username and password, you will be able to login to the members area of the website and update your personal information in case it changes.
